We accept returns or exchanges only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items received. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with proper proof (images or videos).

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Customized or personalized jewellery items are not eligible for return or refund.
